Refund Policy

Every purchase made on SwagMzansi is covered by our Buyer Protection Guarantee. Your payment is held securely and is only released to the seller once you confirm that your item has arrived and matches its listing. If your item is not as described, you are eligible for a full refund.

You may be eligible for a refund if:

— The item received is significantly not as described in the listing (wrong item, wrong size, materially different condition, etc.);

— The item is not received within 14 days of being marked as shipped by the seller; or

— The item arrives damaged or defective.

You must raise a dispute within 72 hours of confirming receipt of your order, via the order page on the Platform.

Alternatively, contact us at info@swagmzansi.co.za with your order ID and supporting evidence (e.g. photos of the item received). The more detail you provide, the faster we can assess your claim.

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Processing times beyond this point are dependent on your bank or card issuer.

Refunds will generally not be granted where:

— The buyer simply changed their mind after already confirming receipt of the item;

— The item matches the listing description exactly; or

— A dispute is raised after the 72-hour window has closed.

This does not affect your statutory rights under South African consumer law, which are addressed in Section 6 below.

This Refund Policy is designed to work alongside, and does not limit, your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA), including your right to return goods that are defective or materially different from their description.
